WARRANTY
The warranty provided by Krowne Metal Corporation covers defects in materials and workmanship for a specific warranty period. Krowne will repair or replace the equipment within the warranty period if it does not conform to specifications. The warranty does not cover damage during shipping, improper installation, misuse, natural disasters, unauthorized repairs, or other causes beyond Krowne's control. The warranty is limited to the purchase price of the equipment. The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and cannot be assigned without written consent. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration in New Jersey. The warranty is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
