Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING

We try to ship out your orders in a timely fashion. Small in-stock orders received by 12 p.m. EST will be able to ship within 24 hours, depending on the current volume of orders in-house. Royal Series Underbar, Refrigeration, Backbar Storage and most Standard Series Underbar orders are made-to-order. Please call or email us for lead times on these products. LTL carriers are determined at the time of shipment.

RETURNS

1. All returns must have a Krowne-issued Return Goods Authorization (RGA). Items returned without an RGA will not be credited.

2. Return requests must be submitted within 90 days of the original invoice date.

3. Products must be new, unused, and in original, unopened packaging, including all vacuum seals and internal packaging materials.

4. Custom items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:- Custom-made underbar and refrigeration units.

• - FaucetFlex items
• - Any customer-specific modifications (e.g., vinyl-wrapped refrigeration)

5. 30% restocking fee will apply to all approved returns.

6. If the return is due to incorrect ordering and a replacement purchase order is submitted at the time of the RGA request, the restocking fee will be reduced to 20%.

7. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

8. Any product received in one of the following conditions may be refused, subject to a higher restocking fee, or returned to sender:

• - Opened, used, or damaged
• - Not matching the issued RGA
• - Any condition that prevents resale

9. All items must be returned to the specific Krowne location listed on the RGA. Returns sent to the incorrect will location may incur additional restocking fees and credit issuance will be delayed.

10. RGAs are valid for 30 days from the issue date.

• - An expiration reminder email will be sent to the provided contact email
• - If tracking information or proof of delivery (POD) is not provided—and the item is not received—
•   the RGA will be voided
